David Bartlett has arranged an Information Session on using Graslan Pettels in the Traprock region held by Kevin Melmeth.

The festive season is here…..let’s celebrate in our best festive gear! After a tough year for the Traprock region, the Traprock Group invites members to come and celebrate.

David Bartlett has organised a Wool Talk with Rabobank on Monday the 12th November 2018 at Cement Mills Community Hall. Georgia Twomey from Rabobank is going to be available to talk to growers.

The annual Traprock Christmas party will be held on Friday the 15th of December, 2017 at the "Old Beltana Packing Shed" on Rosemary Hill. 

There will be an update meeting on Tuesday 5th December, 2017 about the Traprock Region water infrastructure and associated business opportunities at the Cement Mills Hall.

The Traprock Group Health & Wellbeing Committee proudly presents a mind, body & heart connection day on Friday the 22nd of September 2017 at Terrica Woolshed.

The Traprock Group AGM has been set for Friday the 25th of August 2017. 

The Chair of the Traprcok Group Beef Committee, Graham Flood, has planned an informative day of learning about bull selection on Friday the 16th of June 2017. The guest speaker for the day is, Timothy Emery (DAF). 

The Chair of the Traprcok Group Sheep / Wool, David Bartlett,  has planned an interactive and informative day of learning about workplace health & safety on Friday the 5th of May 2017 from 9:00am - 3:00pm.

At the Natural Resources meeting before the Christmas party, the question was asked: what can be grown on the Traprock? Traprock members are invited to a horticulture field day where we will try to answer this fairly extensive question. 

An opportunity to learn more, or consolidate present knowledge with regard to financial management matters.

The Natural Resources Committee submitted an application to the Farming Together Initiative that has been accepted. Please show your support for your community and its future. Come along and hear what the prospects are for our community and then afterwards be first in line for a cocktail.

The  2016 Traprock Health, Nutrition and Movement Forum will be held on Friday 4th March at the Terrica Woolshed. 

Our annual Christmas get together on 11th December at the Terrica Woolshed (thanks Rick & Lou) was a great night, with over 100 guests attending.

A group of Traprock Ladies and guests gathered on the veranda at Verona, in aid of the Cancer Council's "Pink Ribbon Fundraiser" which raises vital funds supporting women affected with breast or gynecological cancers.

The AGM was held at the Warroo orchard shed on Friday 11th Sept 2015.

Leading sheep is proud to support Making More From Sheep in promoting the sheep health and disease investigation workshops - 26 & 27 October - Traprock region.

Once again there was a buzz in the air as crowds came to enjoy Art in the Woolshed 2015. Over 1100 visitors came to the Bendee shed for the one day exhibition, dressed for the winter sunshine and enjoying the freshly mulled wine on offer at the door.

Leading Sheep together with the Traprock Group, hosted a practical workshop at Artunga, the home of Traprock president Andrew Clark-Dickson, which focussed on finishing fat lambs to achieve the best prices.
